Hi there!
I’m Hailey—a multidisciplinary artist and designer passionate about visual storytelling, creative exploration, and the connection between art, design, and wellbeing. My work blends intention with aesthetics, using both design and fine art to inspire reflection, connection, and meaningful experiences.
My education
I began my design studies at Concordia University in Montreal in 2008 before transferring to Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver. In 2012, I graduated with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Communication Design.

My design practice
With over 12 years of experience in design—spanning agency, in-house, and freelance work—I’ve developed a versatile skill set across digital and print media, specializing in branding, advertising, motion graphics, and illustration.
My approach blends artistry with intention, creating visually compelling and meaningful designs that foster connection and wellbeing. Through thoughtful use of form, colour, and storytelling, I craft designs that do more than communicate—they resonate.
Whether working on branding, illustration, or immersive visuals, my goal is to create work that is both aesthetically engaging and deeply considered, bringing clarity, emotion, and purpose to every project.

My art practice
I am drawn to the interplay between the seen and unseen, the logical and the intuitive. My work is an exploration of personal and collective transformation—expressing emotions, memories, and fleeting moments that shape our understanding of ourselves.
Whether through delicate textures, bold contrasts, or dreamlike compositions, I aim to create pieces that encourage introspection and connection.
Art, to me, is both a process and a dialogue—an ever-evolving expression of the inner world meeting the outer. My practice continues to shift and grow, embracing new ideas, materials, and perspectives along the way.
